1. SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS WITHIN GREECE
The delivery of the ordered products in Greece takes place within a period of one (1) to three (3) working days from the date of acceptance of the order by the Company, between 09:00 and 15:00 pm. to the address you have indicated when completing your details.
The above deadlines do not apply and the Company has no responsibility in cases of delay and/or failure to deliver due to force majeure (extreme weather, strikes, etc.), however we will inform you accordingly.
● The order may be delayed in the event that telephone and/or e-mail communication with you is impossible (if there is a problem with the order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. the information entered is not correctly updated
2. SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS ABROAD
● For shipments abroad, the order is made after communication and if the product is still available
● In the event that a product is purchased simultaneously from the physical and the online store and the product is already sold out in the online store, the customer who made the online purchase is notified immediately and the amount paid is immediately refunded.
