PRODUCT CHANGES
If the product you ordered does not satisfy you in terms of size or shape, we will change the product only after consultation with the store, via a message to our online store info@horosimansi.com or by phone at 2310.783.795
Changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order with a shipping cost of €5 for Greece, while the change is made via Courier hand to hand. In the event of a change, you do not send anything, you inform us and we immediately set up the change process
PRODUCT RETURNS
1. PRODUCT RETURNS DUE TO DELIVERY ERROR
In all cases where you were delivered other than what was sold, by type or quantity, you return the products to check and establish the error. In this case, the return costs as well as the re-shipment costs to you are borne by our Company, as long as the return method described below is followed.
2. RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS DEEMED DEFECTIVE ON DELIVERY
Our goal is to deliver the products you requested (ordered) in the right quality, quantity and time so that you are always fully satisfied with your cooperation with us.
Therefore, if any of the above has not been observed, then contact us immediately by phone at (+30)2310 783795 & 2310 785705, Monday-Friday 10:00-14:00 (except public holidays) or by email at info@horosimansi.com, to let us know. We, based on the following rules but mainly with your own service in mind, will take all the necessary actions to remedy the possible problems that may have arisen with your order.
3. RETURNS OF PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING FAULTS
If you find that the product delivered to you has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return it. The return of the products, which are considered defective on delivery (DOA) will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must be undamaged and have all the original documents that accompany the product (e.g. VAT number, Retail Address, etc.) and its complete packaging. If it is a defect found later after delivery and the packaging is not present and if the product packaging was received by the distributors when the item was delivered, the product packaging is not required. In these cases the following applies:
– The product is received and checked to determine the defect reported by the customer.
– Provided that they have been previously received and checked by the Company, the item will be replaced with a similar new one, or in case of unavailability with another new product of the same quality and price, or its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, otherwise in case you do not want a replacement, you will be refunded the money of the original purchase in the same way as your original payment was made.
- In particular, in the case of debiting via credit card, we will inform the issuing Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then carry out any act provided for on the basis of the contract between you, without any further liability of the Company. Following this information, the Company bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract.
– The shipping costs for both returning the products to the Company and for reshipping the replaced product to you are borne by us.
– In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally set off all or part of its claim against the customer.
4. RETURNS DUE TO WRONG SIZES
In case of a change due to size, the customer can return the product within 7 calendar days after contacting us to inform them about availability. The return is made under the following necessary conditions:
– The product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging having been tampered with, with all paper and cloth tags in place.
– It must not have undergone any treatment: washing, processing, stains, wear, etc.
– When returning, all additional accessories of the product (belt, hood, etc.) must be included.
– In addition, you must include the retail receipt
In this case, the shipping costs are covered by our store. If the customer needs an additional change then the shipping costs are borne by him.
5. CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS FROM OUR STORE
In the event that a product is purchased simultaneously from the physical and the online store and the product is already sold out in the online store, the customer who made the online purchase is notified immediately and the amount paid is immediately refunded.
In case of return of the products you don't send anything, you inform us and we immediately set up the refund process to the bank account number you will indicate to us . Your refund will be completed within 2 working days from the date we receive the products .
